Ordering - General:

The items on our web site are from our in-house inventory. We have many more items in the gallery than those featured on the web site. If we don't have what you are looking for on the site, please e-mail us to see if we have it in the gallery.


If you wish to discuss an item or need other information, please email us at or via phone at 435-772-3353.


If we need to call you, please indicate the most convenient time for us to do so. We will need to know your time zone.


If we have not responded to your e-mail within two days, please call us to ensure your message did not get trapped in a spam filter.  Phone: 435-772-3353


Items you put in your shopping cart will remain there until you remove them or they are sold. Since our products are all one-of-a-kind items, placing one in your shopping cart does not reserve it. Items are subject to sale both on the web site and in the store whether or not they are in customers' shopping carts.


Ordering - International Customers:

It is impossible to have a shopping cart that will collect all the information needed to serve customers worldwide. If you have difficulty entering the data that is necessary to ship to you, please e-mail ( or call us (435-772-3353).


We will contact you regarding the shipping charges to be added to orders shipped outside the continental United States.

Our on line site accepts all major credit cards.


Privacy Policy:

All information you give to us will be used only for the purpose of executing your order and serving you as a customer of Tribal Arts. We will never share your data with anyone.



All purchases may be returned within 10 days of receipt for exchange or refund.


Returned items must be in the same condition as they were when they were when shipped to you. For example, bracelets cannot be returned if the shape has been altered in any way. The finish on jewelry cannot have been altered. Pottery cannot have any scratches, nicks, etc.


Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt, carefully wrapped, and fully insured. Packaging must be comparable to what it was when shipped to you. For example, if it was double boxed when you received it, it must be double boxed when returned. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility.



Shipping is free within the United States. For ordering and shipping outside of the United States, please contact us via email.  We will work with you to determine shipping options and charges to be added to orders shipped outside the United States.


We use FedEx Ground and the US Postal Service for shipping. All shipments are insured for their full value. Shipping time is normally 2 to 5 business days depending on your location.


Taxes - Sales Tax:

We are required to add sales tax to items shipped within the state of Utah.



Every effort is made to keep the web site current and accurate.  However, it is possible that an item on the site may have been sold in the store just before your order was received. In the event this does happen, we will immediately notify you and have the credit card charges reversed.  


We are not bound by clerical or typographical errors including incorrect prices.
