Shipping Details:
We use FedEx Ground and the US Postal Service for shipping. All shipments are insured for their full value. Shipping time is normally 2 to 5 business days depending on your location.
Shipping and handling costs are included in the sales price for all shipments (other than expedited ones) within the continental United States. We will contact you regarding the shipping charges to be added to expedited orders and ones shipped outside the continental United States.
All items are carefully packed using bubble wrap, popcorn or paper and are double boxed as appropriate. Packing materials are recycled whenever possible.
Returns:
All purchases may be returned within 10 days of receipt for exchange or refund.
Returned items must be in the same condition as they were when they were when shipped to you. For example, bracelets can not be returned if the shape has been altered in any way. The finish on jewelry can not have been altered. Pottery can not have any scratches, nicks, etc.
Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt, carefully wrapped, and fully insured. Packaging must be comparable to what it was when shipped to you. For example, if it was double boxed when you received it, it must be double boxed when returned. Shipping costs both ways are your responsibility.
